It isn’t easy to maintain a straight 5-star rating, as just one bad review can drag things down pretty quickly.
Some of these platforms I’ve used more than others over the years. Now, many vendors get the occasional bad review and simply hide them, which I don’t do.
In your research, which I definitely encourage you to do, you’ll likely have a very difficult time finding a bad review. That’s because phenomenal client service is SUPREMELY important to me.

“For the past few months, I have been planning a surprise Anniversary/Birthday Party for my husband. There were over 50 guests in attendance, a 5-piece band, bartenders, catering, etc. It felt like I was planning a wedding again!!
