8 Creative Ways to Use Your Engagement Photos

In today's age, when you think of professional photography, and you think of yourself as a potential client, you probably think of is a digital gallery, or seeing your beautiful images on social media. While many people share selections from their wedding on Facebook and Instagram, there are a great deal many more ways you can creatively use images from your engagement and wedding day.

My hope is to share a few here in this post to get you to think creatively, outside of the box.

Here are 10 unique and creative ways you can reuse your engagement photos:

1. Collage them.

Collages are not new, but they certainly are unique. Like snowflakes, no collage is like another one. Literally every single one is different from another, simply based off of the action of pictures, sizes, and one-of-a-kind arrangement. One of the really cool things about this medium is that you don't have to print off in super high paper quality. The focus is on many images usually with color, and the overall arrangement, rather than does look and feel of the paper, although that does play a part.

Consider putting together a striking collage with your engagement photos. Most professional photographers will deliver between 15-25 finished images, although you can work with your for a higher-end package that may offer more photos is that would be to your liking.

2. Decorate your wedding with them.

Often times, people have a hard time thinking about how they’ll will use their engagement photos after they view them in is their digital gallery, but that needn't be the case. Who's to say you can't write your own peace documenting your engagement in the lead up to your wedding? Many people choose hardback wedding and engagement albums, which I'm a huge advocate for and also can help you with, but there are a million ways to be creative in this space. You can mix it up with choice of materials for your book, such as limit, or you can opt for a much more heavy type of book, like a journal. Struggling with what to get someone for Christmas and the holidays rolling around? If you still can't think of what to friends or family, used the photos as a holiday postcard material? They'll have more personality than your basic stock photo, and your recipient will have much more connection to them. Accompanied by a well-chosen gift card, the photo gift is pretty un-matchable.

8. Print them huge.

Sure, it's common today to save your favorite engagement photo as a background on your phone, or make it your computer screensaver. What about the art of printing your photos large throughout your home? Think about it... You spend a ton of time there, why not make it so that you see your significant others face every time you living room or bedroom?

So as you can see, there are a great deal of ways you can use the same pictures from your engagement session creatively throughout your wedding, as well as well after the day you to tie the knot.
